Gaza: (May 5, 2020) Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas announced a one-month extension of the emergency to control the corona virus in Palestine. The emergency decision was announced after the two-month state of emergency ended.
According to the news agency, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has issued a presidential ordinance. The ordinance declares a month-long state of emergency in the Palestinian territories. This ordinance is effective from today. A state of emergency was declared in Palestine on March 22 to prevent the spread of the corona virus. On the other hand, 362 cases of corona and two deaths have been reported in Palestine.
