The Kuwaiti cabinet has decided to extend the curfew in Kuwait
The tax will be levied from 4 pm to 8 am the next morning. Earlier, the curfew in Kuwait began at 5pm, which continued until 6pm the next morning.
Following the ruling, markets in Kuwait will remain closed overnight, while in the past, markets were open for buying and selling during Ramadan.
While the holidays of government agencies have also been increased. According to an earlier announcement, all government institutions were to reopen on April 27, but the number of corona patients in the country has risen sharply and the number of government institutions has been extended to May 28.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health says corona has been confirmed in 85 more people in the country in the past 24 hours.
After that the total number of patients has reached 2080. Yesterday, 45 patients were sent home after recovering from Corona. The total number of people recovering from corona in the country is 412.
It should be noted that the Kuwaiti government had announced a few days ago that the illegal immigrants in the country should return to their homeland. The returnees will have no recourse, nor will they face imprisonment and a fine.
