Jefferson City: The US state of Missouri has sued the Chinese government over negligence over the Korna virus.
The state of Missouri has charged that Chinese government officials are responsible for spreading the global outbreak. The lawsuit was filed in federal court by top Missouri state attorneys. Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt said in a written statement to the court that the Chinese government lied to the world about the dangers and contagious nature of the corona virus.
The petition states that the Chinese government is responsible for the massive deaths, suffering and economic losses worldwide, including in the US state of Missouri, and therefore legal action should be taken against them. The petition also states that The Chinese government has lied about the dangers of the corona virus and has done little to show its spread.
The petition, filed by the attorney general, said that instead of providing information to stop the spread of the corona virus in Dina, China remained silent and that the Chinese government should be held accountable for its actions. This is the first of its kind in a US court against the Chinese government over allegations of the virus.
