Lahore: (April 30, 2020) The Punjab Chief Minister has taken notice of the deduction of Corona Relief Funds from the salaries of doctors.
According to details, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar took notice of the two-day deduction from doctors' salaries and immediately issued instructions to the concerned authorities, saying that doctors were playing a role on the front line against the corona virus. A statement issued by the Punjab government said that from April 1, frontline medical workers will have to receive double pay on corona duty.
According to the instructions of the Punjab Chief Minister, front line workers including health care professionals will continue to receive double pay from April 1 as long as the duty continues.
