The Punjab Institute of Cardiology has restored all services
The PIC, the largest hospital in the heart, has decided to operate despite the Corona virus cases. All the services were restored at the Punjab Institute of Cardiology. In addition to emergency services, angiography, angioplasty is also underway at the hospital.
Head PIC Professor Saqib Shafi says all staff, including doctors, have decided to continue working for heart patients. The hospital will also conduct a coronary examination of all patients before admission and surgery.
He said Open Heart Surgery will continue to operate all services, including children's heart surgery. The staff whose corona test came out negative have decided to pay duty. Disinfectant spray will also be used at the hospital on a daily basis. The medical field has come to save lives not to panic.
The PIC chief added that medicines for the patients receiving free medicines from the hospital are being brought home. It may be recalled that in the 21 persons of the Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Karuna was confirmed.
